1. Download the Switch App: Fill out the form below. Once you click 'Register,' you'll be directed to download the Switch app.

2. Complete Onboarding: To qualify, you need to be an actively working Nurse on the Switch platform.

3. Complete Your Initial Shift: Finish your first shift on Switch and you'll be rewarded with $50 on your next payout! Plus, the Nurse who recommended you gets $50 as well!

4. Boost Your Earnings: After you've completed your first shift, you are then eligible to create your own referral campaign! Earn extra money by sharing your personal referral link with fellow Nurses. For each Nurse you recruit, you'll get $50, and they'll get $50, creating a win-win situation!
